OLIGO ORDERING

Fill out order form:
Enter your name, VIP number, etc

Under 'Note to buyer' write: Contract # DNP1033442
Under 'Buyer' write: Integrated DNA technologies 1-800-328-2661
Under 'catalog number' write: Custom oligo, the names of the oligos and # of bases

Directions:

Click on ordering on right side of screen

Click on order DNA oligos

Choose the synthesis scale and the number of oligos to be ordered, then click on Begin Order.

Enter the sequence name and the correct sequence.
Note: At the next page it may tell you that the synthesis scale is too small for that size oligo. If this happens go back and increase the synthesis scale.

It will tell you the cost on the next page, enter that onto the order form.

Choose payment option of PO number, change the requisition number in the PO number box.
Note: The box with the PO number contains three pieces of info: the PO number, followed by the requisition number, then the VIP number. Only change the requisition number.

There are two confirmation pages that follow so you can check your info. All shipments are sent to Yang.
Note: It may be helpful to put your initials or something in the oligo name so we know who it belongs to.

Oligo Order Scale:
25nM for 15-45 bp
100nM for 10-80 bp
250nM for 5-135 bp
